I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with 10 years of providing mental health counseling on an individual basis to adults only. In therapy, I utilize a variety of evidence-based, therapeutic techniques to develop a treatment plan tailored specifically for your needs. We are all different beings, which means that there should not be a “cookie cutter” approach. Our therapeutic relationship is one of my number one priorities. I believe that a therapist can have the very best skill set and training, however, it’s not effective if there is no trust built in the therapeutic relationship. I take a strengths-based approach that is solution-focused in order to help you utilize your already established healthy skills and build upon them.
